Transition Instructions
Gradually replace your dog’s normal dog food with Castor & Pollux over the course of 5-10 days depending on how sensitive your dog is. Most dogs are totally fine with a five-day transition time, but if your dog has been prone to stomach issues in the past you may want to increase the transition period to 7-10 days.
Since Castor & Pollux is a grain-free formula with concentrated nutrition and calories, you may find that you may need to feed your dog a lower volume of dog food. Check the feeding chart below and compare it to the volume of food you were giving your dog when feeding the old brand. This will prevent overfeeding and help you get the most out of a bag.
