Transition Instructions

Diamond Naturals recommends a gradual introduction to their new formula when transitioning your little one to new food. 

This 7-day transition is done by adding small amounts of the new food and mixing it to your dog’s old formula. As the days go by, increase the new food ration gradually and decrease the old food.  On the last day of the transition, your pup’s bowl should only have the new food.

If your puppy is sensitive to new foods, Diamond Naturals also recommends you extend the transition from 10 to 14 days.  However, make sure to consult with your dog’s vet before making any changes to his/her diet.
